If you change your mind, you can return your item to us within 14 days of delivery. All returned items, must be in an unworn, re-sellable condition with all tags attached. To request an exchange or refund please email Jo at Info@prether.com and we will take care of your request.
Exchanges refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 working days of receiving your return depending on stock levels. Please note that all custom-made jackets are only liable for an exchange.
